A member asked:

Can taking 5-htp and l-theanine cause liver enzymes to elevate in bloodwork my billibutrin levels normal?

Yes: Could be serious if the numbers are high (more than 3 times upper limit of normal) Any medication (prescription or over the counter) can cause elevated liver enzymes. Needs close monitoring, and if normalizes need to avoid this medication in the future.

Why these meds?: Why are you taking these drugs? Did a doctor prescribe these? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, you need to stop taking these drugs that are not doing you any good anyway. If you are taking testosterone that is likely damaging your liver.
