Why can't i catch my breath after eating?

Not sure.: You may be eating too quickly, or overheating when you sit down for a meal. When the stomach is overly full it can feel like it's hard to take a deep breath. Try smaller portions, and eating more slowly. If this does not help, check it out with your doctor.
