Could I have hypopituitarism? My T4 is 11 and my TSH is 0.7. My testosterone, estrogen, progesterone are low and cortisol is 240. FSH is 7 and LH is 8. Had MRI pituitary in 2018 but periods 5-6 weeks, bleed between, bad PMS, fatigue, aches, hair loss?
