Maybe: Nothing you mentioned is associated with hepatitis but if you want to postulate the possible, yes, you could have had hepatitis and gotten better. Without some firm evidence of it, don't wish for it. Heavy drinking is associated with many problems including alcohol induced hepatitis. I recommend you stop drinking.
