NO!: Trichomoniasis (or "trich") is a sexually acquired infection. This infection requires antibiotics for both you and your partner in order to cure the infection. In addition, I strongly recommend additional STD testing since having one type can increase your risk of having a different one. Please see your doctor right away, and refrain from sex until both you and your partner are treated.
