Maybe vertigo: A condition of vertigo is the sensation of movement when you are not moving. A common cause is peripheral vertigo, which can occur spontaneously and cause just this symptom. Perhaps you could give more information. These symptoms may be episodic, and they may feel worse when you move your head (up or down, or turn from side to side).
