Yes, possibly.: You stopped the BC, which may lead to menstrual bleeding, and therefore this is not of concern. the fact that you had a period while on your BC may mean you need to change the BC pills to another brand. brown discharge could be just older blood. You could be pregnant. Suggest seeing you gyn.
