Worry won't help: Bumps can be normal anatomy, cysts, blocked salivary glands, infected tooth abscess or tumors. If you are concerned, seek an evaluation from your dentist to alleviate your fears and provide a diagnosis. Worry will not change the outcome!

Salivary duct: There is a salivary duct under the tongue. Sometimes the duct appears to be enlarged possibly caused by a blockage. It should be checked by a dentist.

Possible Saliva Duct: Although not certain. Definitely see your general dentist sooner rather than later, not something to get all worked-up over, but waiting never helps the prognosis or diagnosis. Lastly, more than likely it will continue to grow, for many reasons, even if just a blocked salivary duct...Which could become painful.
