I am wondering what are some symptoms of being allergic to lubricant versus herpes reactions?

Open sores = herpes: In women, initial genital herpes infection usually causes obvious blisters and/or open sores of the labia, vaginal opening, etc. Itching or irritation, without sores, usually isn't herpes.
