I have these small painful almost like pimples on my upper thigh..its a cluster of them. i squeezed them today and clear fluid came out from it.

Herpes?: This sounds very suspicious for herpes -- both clear fluid (not pus) and occurring in a cluster. Genital herpes outbreaks mostly involve the genitals, but the upper thighs, buttocks, anal area, and lower abdomen are possible -- anywhere in the "boxer shorts" area. See a doctor or clinic ASAP; herpes is much easier to accurately diagnosed when seen within a day or two of onset. Good luck!
