Pre-cum: Is clear fluid secreted by Cowper's gland & reaches urethra via it;'s duct. Usually signifies some measure of sexual or erotic excitement. Has nothing to do with being happy about love making, although one would hope this to be the case.

Maybe a little: Clear, pre-ejaculate fluid occurs in all men during sexual arousal, more in some men than others. (It's sometimes called pre-cum, for obvious reasons.) It also occurs with nocturnal erections during dream sleep. In other words, it's physiologic. However, pre-ejaculate fluid may appear more quickly or in greater amounts if he is especially excited, so perhaps you can take some of the credit for it!
