Possibly: It's more common to "miss" a couple of periods after you stop a hormonal contraceptive, but you can also have other cycle irregularities for the first few months. It's especially likely if you had irregular periods before you started birth control. Hormonal contraceptives suppress the function of your own reproductive hormone regulators & it may take a while for them to function normally again.
