Go see a doctor: Depending on what makes the pain better or worse, when the pain comes, if it's sharp or dull, if it's associated with food or not, there are many different causes of abdominal pain. One of the most common causes of right upper abdominal pain is the gallbladder which can be treated with diet or surgery. You would need an exam and possibly other testing to make the diagnosis.
