Top causes: There are several reasons for breasts to swell at unusual times. The very first questions I have are: has this happened before? Are you on birth control, and what type? What was the name of the antibiotic? Are you a big caffeine drinker? It could just be that your cycle is earlier than normal; pregnancy and caffeine use are two other contributors. If pain persists over a week, see your doctor.
