Stomach ache diarrhe: Did you eat somewhere new? Though most food poisoning is 24 hours could be a few days , may be camphylobacter and may need zithromax ( antibiotic) Could also be diverticulitis if older, appendictis if right lower side, and related to H pylori gastritis or c difficile if recently had antibotics. Follow up today w/ doctor. keep hydrated water /gatorade.
