See a doctor ASAP: You don't provide much detail. But if you mean you have a smelly vaginal dsicahrge, and also pain in the lower abdomen (along with swelling), you may have pelvic inflammatory disease. PID is infection in the fallopian tubes, usually due to gonorrhea or chlamydia. Discharge with odor often is bacterial vaginosis, which often goes along with STDs and PID. See a doctor right away.
