You need: to discuss this with your endoscopist but generally the day before is a bowel prep that includes clear liquids all day and some type of purgative that is at the discretion of your endoscopist. You also usually have to stop any meds that may interfere with your ability to clot in case of polyps or need for biopsy; again that is preference of your endoscopist
