Give it time: The skin inflammation from dermaberasion has probably got a little exacerbated by Retin A (tretinoin) and is nothing to be too concerned about. It shoukd take a couple of days before normalizing. Make sure you follow up with your primary doctor or with a dermatologist as indicated. Feel better

Time: Although you should not have put it on , you should be ok. This basically is chemical as well as tactile irritation. Should be ok and resolve. However if you are a AA that scars dark, you may want to call the doc tomorrow to see if there is anything else to do Best wishes

No harm: RetinA makes dermabrasions more effective. This procedure is very irritating and is prone to make dark skin darker.
