Maybe nothing wrong: Since you could get a grip and pull them, possibly skin tags, which aren't abnormal. White suggests normal skin glands (sebaceous glands) or prominent hair follicles. Gential warts may be possible, but unlikely. What does your bf say about them? If he thinks they are normal and haven't changed in apearance, probably nothing is wrong. If in doubt, he should be examined professionally.
