A member asked:

O have creatinine 1.18, how normal it is, and how can i reduce it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

That's fine, buddy: Your creatinine is a function of your muscle mass. When I was lifting weights daily, mine ran 1.6 to 1.8 at my peak. There's no reason to treat a lab value. In my opinion, the current fad for focusing on minute elevations of creatinine as diagnostic of kidney disease is subscience. I'd be thankful for good health.
