Blood Pressure : Reactive and varying blood pressure results are often a sign of a healthy heart. Your physician should be able to explain this to you or explain why they have any concerns.

I assume diastolic!: It is not normal for diastolic blood pressure to double during exercise, particularly to the level of 120. This would indicate pre-hypertension. If you are talking about systolic blood pressure, the oddity would be one of 60 at rest, which is abnormally low. But the perfectly healthy response is a fall in diastolic blood pressure and rise in systolic during vigorous activity!
