Burning stomach pain: May be reflux with or without H pylori try ranitidine prevecid avoid cafffiene, alcohol, smoking . Check for H pyloir a bacteria causing gastritis May also be gallbladder or other intestinal issue. Diarrhea? Vomiting? At age 41 need to follow up with doctor and may need abdominal ultrasound( for gallbladder) endoscopy( espohagus/stomach) possible colonoscopy( colon goes near the ribs)
