I have just been refered to gyn but the appointment is 02/10 i am also booked for a scan next week but just wanted to have an idea of what to expect?

Gyn consult: What was your complaint. Did your referring Physician explain to you the reason for the gyn referral and scan. The Gynecologist will ask you about your complaints. The Gynecologist will examine you and determine the appropriate scan and other tests which will help to diagnose your condition. The reasons for each test will be briefly explained to you. Another appointment may be necessary.
