Why do i keep getting yellowish discharge with foul odor?

BV? Trich? STD?: The most common cause of vaginal discharge with strong odor is bacterial vaginosis, overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. Trichomonas, an STD, also can do it. Both BV and trich are more common in women with other STDs, such as gonorrhea or chlamydia -- and these can cause yellow discharge. See your doctor for professional evaluation and testing for STDs.
