Out of breath: Lack of sleep can give you fatigue, but being out of breath is not from lack of sleep, you need to see your 1ry care physician for physacal exam & workup to make the proper diagnosis, wheather asthma, heart problem or something else. At the mean time rest whenever you can, eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids, take your vitamins, get your family members to help you. Please take of yourself.
