I have these blackheads on my back that will not pop. you can run your hands over the skin on my back and feel a lot of them, but when you try to pop them, they won't. also, i have this blackhead on my back and it pops, only a tiny bit of stuff comes out.

Acne: You don't need to pop those blackheads, you can introduce infection, it is best if you visit your doctor or dermatologist to get proper acne treatment. Good luck
