Vaginal discharge: Did the tests include bacterial vaginosis, mycoplasma, ureoplasma, - usually tests are for gonorrhea, chalmydia. For bacterial vaginosis need flagyl 500 2 x/day x 7 no alcohol for mycoplasma, ureoplasma need zithromax 500 day 1 then 250 for 4 days it may also just be a variant due to hormones. since it resolves spontaneously, odor can be blood f/u with doc/urgent care
