Probably not: For specific advise consult your physician. Use of a condom would make it less likely to have contracted HSV. Same for gonorrhea,HIV and Trichomonas. Testing for HSV isn't helpful as there is nothing to cure it and no treatment indicated in absence of symptoms. No treatment indicated for Candida(yeast) or Bacterial Vaginosis as male contacts don't need Rx.Only visit sex workers certified STD free
