See remark: When and how did you have the injury ?to the urethra?? Of course the urethra is narrow and hence affects the stream. Sit in a warm tub for 5 minutes ,after drying apply a dab of Neosporin ointment to area twice a day.(any drug store carries the ointment.In the event it wont get well ,please see a doctor.
