FORESKIN ATTACHED: THE BEST WAY TO TREAT THIS IS TO SEE A UROLOGIST WHO SPECIALIZES IN THIS KIND OF PROBLEM. HE WILL PROBABLY ANESTHETIZE THE AREA AND SNIP THEM APART. VERY LITTLE PAIN.
