Will the hCG diet effect my period at all? I don't remember it affecting it the first 2 times i did it...But do you think it might?

Not directly: The quantity of HCG used in the diet is so low that it would not affect your period but, the diet also calls for you to restrict your calories between 500-800 daily. The stress this puts on your body may be enough to throw off your period.
