Ground nuts: This can occur as in isolated allergy (particularly since there are not many other options in the "ground nut" category), however, particularly if the allergy is severe, should consult an allergist for testing to id foods to avoid rather than risk encountering them by accident.

Nut allergies: You hsould have ur pediatricain refer ur chidl to allergist for a definite answer. Sometimes childrena re able to eat other nuts, and soemtimes it is a mixed nut allergy. Nuts are sucha common part of diet, it is good to know for sure. So seee an allergist.
