Check with a surgeon: You can call a surgeon's office and get an estimate for the office visit. At that time, he of she will give you recommendations for treatment and you can ask the office staff what the cost would be for that procedure. The office manager may be able to cut you a deal. Keep in mind the surgery center and anesthesiologist may also give you estimates.
