A member asked:

I feel blood pumping in my legs and i can see it pumping when i look at my legs. they feel like spasms of some kind. should i be concerned?

Probably not: You feel blood pumping in your legs because blood IS pumping in your legs. In fact, if you pay attention, you'll feel blood pumping everywhere. Just like someone else can feel your pulse from the outside, you can feel your pulse from the inside. In places where the arteries are close to skin and/or cross a bony surface, you may also see the pulsations. I hope this helps.
