Probably not: You feel blood pumping in your legs because blood IS pumping in your legs. In fact, if you pay attention, you'll feel blood pumping everywhere. Just like someone else can feel your pulse from the outside, you can feel your pulse from the inside. In places where the arteries are close to skin and/or cross a bony surface, you may also see the pulsations. I hope this helps.
