Check spatial: surroundings. First make sure you do not need glasses. Second look at the rooms you are walking in. Are there sharp corners on desks and bed posts that you keep walking into? Is the furniture arranged in an awkward position that predisposes you to running into it? Read about Feng Shui. It might help. Good luck
