See remark: That is a personal choice and decision. In this country circumcision is somewhat routine..In Europe ,it is not routine . I see no scientific value for circumcision.It is a matter of cleanliness.We don't have increase incidence of cancer of penis in Sweden,while in India,and other 3rd world countries penile cancer is common.In both countries men are not commonly circumcised
