Probably not: Most STDs are cleared by the immune system over time. But not trichomonas, which usually persists even if symptoms (vaginal discharge, etc) improve. If you think you have trich, see a doctor to confirm it. Also test for chlamydia and gonorrhea. If diagnosed w/ trich, get treated with metronidazole (Flagyl®, generics) or tinidazole (Tindamax®). Your sex partner(s) also must be treated. Good luck!
