Biofeedback: SLEEP:Avoid drugs for sleep, weight loss, nervousness, anxiety and wait gain. Usually try behavior modification, punctuality in sleeping, read a book and warm milk fi u like. Avoid caffeine, drinking, TV in room. Do regular exercise. Once on drugs for sleep u mau find it hard to regain ur self control.Use drugs only if a MD dx of symptomatic insomnia.

Obesity: Some people have distortion of image and feel that they are fat when they are not. The best approach it to send weight and height to a physician and then calculate the BMI. If they fall within the acceptable range, then obviously the person is not fat or obese. Female, need certain percentage of fat (around 17%) in their body in order to maintain hormonal balance and maintain their cycle
