Nasal congestion: consult with your ENT you may have sinus problems. do you know if you suffer from allergies as that can also cause nasal congestion

Nasal steroid?: If this is an acute problem, then you may just have a cold for which using nasal decongestant spray for no more than 5 days may be the answer. If it is chronic, then a nasal steroid spray may be an option but this may increase the risk for nosebleeds especially when not applied properly. See doctor if problem persists.
