Lot's Things: 27 y female complains of left sided pain, headaches & dizziness. Absent weakness of stoke/surgical menopause, considerations are many. Thyroid & anemia issues need to be addressed. First a general medical exam needs to be performed. If there are no distinctive diagnoses, then fibromyalgia rises within the differential diagnosis.
