I always get dizzy and headaches plus my right legs always get numb..is this something to do with tumor?

Unlikely, but...: See a doctor to determine why you are getting headaches and numbness in your leg. Brain tumors are rare in young adults, but this needs to be evaluated.

Seems neurological.: You could have a tumor causing these symptoms, but more liklely it might be something else, like a vascular issue that can cause a stroke. It also might be two or more separate things, like a migraine and a pinched nerve or peripheral vascular issue. At any rate, you should see your doctor to get it evaluated.
