Not very much: I'm not sure what tendon you mean, but the symmetry, no pain or color, etc seems to suggest it's possibly just a part of your anatomy. If you remember, next time you see a Dr, ask. Or if any symptoms begin to emerge, see them. I'd suggest no worries.

Lymph nodes: Lymph nodes are common and normal to have in that area. If they are not painful and not getting bigger then leave them alone they are normal.
