Safe?: With very little information, the known safe (non-fertile) days are the first 3 days of one's regular menstrual period bleeding. Beyond that, one needs to figure out when ovulation happens (usually 2 weeks BEFORE the start of a period). So, with 3-week cycles, day 7 might be ovulation (means that sex 2 days after a period is probably NOT safe). But, with 4-week cycles, day 14 might be ovulation.
