I've been getting sharp headache pains at the top of my head. i took tylenol, (acetaminophen) that didn't work. it just started today. should i be worried?

Likely your scalp: Your head is covered with muscle and skin with blood vessels, lymph vessels and small nerves. Together this is called your scalp. Your description sounds like some of the small nerves in the area where your headache is have been irritated. You could have a bite, pimple, brushed or combed too hard, hit the area for a few possible causes. Try like Ibuprofen if no med problems. See MD if persists.
