Pretty low: if you don't take into account timing of intercourse in the cycle, a single episode of unprotected intercourse has a pregnancy rate of about 8%. Plan B reduces your chance of pregnancy by about 80-90% if used in the first 72 hours after unprotected sex. So your risk would be somewhere in the range of 0.8-1.6%, not nothing but pretty low. You should think about a more reliable form of BC after this
