Infection: Black colored stools/diarrhea is known as melena. Melana is usually due to upper GI bleeding from stomach/duodenum. This along with nausea, stomach cramps and fever may be seen with bacterial infection or gastroenteritis. The ibuprofen you take may also be causing to your symptoms. I recommend follow-up with Gastroenterologist who may perform an endoscopy/colonoscopy if symptoms persist.

You need to go to: emergency room. Although most of your symptoms can happen with gastroenteritis or food poisoning, but your history and medications are making me think you need to be further looked at immediately. Your black stools and dizziness are concerning me, although at your age it may not be anything significant. Wish you good luck. Please take care.
