Normal variation: It is normal to have some variation in cycle length because some eggs mature faster than others. Try an ovulation predictor kit. If you are ovulating, this should not be a problem. Do remember that it can take a few cycles to conceive and an infertility work-up isn't in order until you have had regular, unprotected sex for 1 year with out conceiving. Best wishes.
