Many possibilities: Many things can cause those symptoms--one of the possibilities is gallbladder disease. Your doctor can help you figure out the cause and treatment for it. Referral to a surgeon may be necessary.

Lower ribs syndromes: Mild and sharp pain on the right side under ribs and radiated to shoulder could be originated from gall bladder stones,kidney stones, pancreas or gastrointestinal causes.. It also could be costochronditis or lower ribs syndromes. Many other conditions could also cause this kind of pain . If it has been bothered you for a long time it is good idea to consult a HealthTap doctor or your PCP.
