Vertigo: Vertigo is the sensation that things are spinning or moving - seasickness feeling. When it is related to position of the head / body it is usually benign and related to the inner ear. If you have other symptoms such as headache, numbness / tingling in your hands or feet, difficulty speaking or swallowing then go to the ER to be checked.
