It depends on: Why you have dry peeling skin. A Clarisonic brush isn't likely to harm you but how much help, again, depends on why your have "dry, peely" skin. If it's from something like seborrheic dermatitis then it probably won't due much good. Your best bet is to first try to figure out why your skin is dry and peeling.
